The mysterious story of the pregnant 5-year-old, the youngest mother in history.
The infrequent case of a baby mother has sparked much curiosity. The news has been reported in the newspaper several times. No one has ever been able to verify the incident 100%.
Even these days in Adnkronos, they talk about the story of Linas. A new article is written about the youngest woman who became a mother.
Lina Marcela Medina de Jurado has born on 23 September 1933 in Peru.
Adnkronos reports the details of the case, still provoking many suspicions. It shows in detail that on May 31, 1939, a doctor named Edmundo Escomel had written on the case in the scientific journal ‘La Presse Medicale’.
The girl’s parents had taken her to the doctor because of an abnormal abdominal swelling, assuming she had a tumor mass. In reality, it was discovered that Lina, only five-year-old was seven months pregnant.
At that time, the little girl was visited by Dr. Gerardo Lozada, who, by not believing what he had discovered, leads Linan for control of other specialists.
A month and a half later, to be more accurate, on May 14, 1939, Lina was brought to the Caesarean surgery room. She gave birth to a 2.7 kg son named Gerardo Alejandro.
But being only a child, Lina could not care for the boy. And therefore was created by the Government of Peru a commission for the care and protection of the newborn. Despite being born and grew healthy, he died in 1979 when she was 40 years old. He died due to a bone marrow disease.
The incredible event seems to be the only case in the world.
There have been numerous witness stories for this event, but after so many years the question arises as to who the identity of the father is.
